LoyalBeast is operated by KINGSWELL 6 COMMERCE LLC at loyalbeast.com. These terms apply when you browse or place an order through this store. Please read the linked policies before ordering. Shopify supplies the platform and payment technology; it is not the seller of the products offered by LoyalBeast.

Product information and fit

Check the selected option, price, measurements, materials, included pieces, and care instructions. Photos may contain props that are not included. Screen settings can affect color appearance, but this does not excuse a materially incorrect item or description. Do not assume a different size or a similar product has the same capacity, fit, or contents. Contact us about an unclear fact before purchase.

No universal vehicle, pet, crate, or airline compatibility is promised. Only use a product in accordance with its supplied instructions and confirmed limitations. Unverified certification, crash-protection, therapeutic, or load-test claims are not offered as store guarantees.

Orders, prices, and payment

Provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information. Prices are in USD; applicable tax and the final amount appear at checkout. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. A confirmation acknowledges the order; it is not a shipment notice. Payment authorization and shipment may occur at different stages.

If a product, pricing, availability, or order error prevents completion, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not require you to accept a changed price or substitute without your agreement. If an order is canceled, any collected payment will be refunded promptly to its original method. Changes, cancellation, delivery, and returns

Contact us before shipment to request a change or cancellation. We will check the fulfillment status and confirm whether it is possible. If we cannot ship within our stated time, we will notify you and allow you to accept revised timing or cancel for a timely refund.

Delivery estimates, regions, and address restrictions are in Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, prepaid labels, no-restocking-fee and no-exchange terms, and refund initiation are in Refund Policy. These policies form part of the information for your order; they do not remove nonwaivable rights.

Using this website

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Store and third-party trademarks, photos, and other material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. No manufacturing, endorsement, or licensing relationship is implied merely by a product listing.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing and choices. External websites and map services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not make an external service’s unrelated promises our own.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The posted date identifies the current version; changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
