Outside dimensions: 16.5 by 10.2 by 15.8 inches. The LOLLIMEOW size guide for this size lists a pet-fit recommendation of up to 22 pounds, for most cats and small dogs. Weight alone does not establish fit: measure your pet’s body length and sitting height, and check that your pet can sit, turn and rest comfortably inside. Usable internal dimensions are not confirmed. Confirm your airline’s carrier requirements before air travel.

Shipping and returns

Free Standard shipping to the 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, DC. Processing: 1–2 business days; estimated transit: 2–4 business days; estimated total: 3–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. No international, territory, associated-region, or military-address shipping; contact us before ordering to a PO Box.

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged, and include the accompanying accessories. We also support damaged, defective, wrong, missing-part, or materially not-as-described items. We pay eligible return shipping, provide a prepaid label, charge no restocking fee, and do not offer exchanges.

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

For a cancellation or change, contact us before shipment. If we confirm cancellation, collected payment will be refunded promptly to the original method; this is separate from the return-inspection timeline.
